Personal growth:

There’s an old adage that if a shark stops swimming, it dies. We are not sharks, but our brains crave stimulation and challenge or they start to atrophy. In addition, our lives are constantly changing. Our way of understanding and responding to our world and our experiences may work during one life phase, but may not work in another. A classic example of this is the transition we go through between being in school and going to work. School and work require some of the same skills and disciplines, but expectations and what we can and can’t control are very different. We have to think differently and behave differently. IAMPALEGREEN offers ideas and practice for responding to the subtle and dramatic changes in our lives.
